“Aunty C” and her famous Parker Ranch Broiling Sea Salt.* Make this your new secret ingredient. The two flavors Ko’ala Pa’akai and Alaea Ko’ala Pa’akai are a great rub for beef, pork, chicken, or fish. As waves crash upon rich, ionized volcanic rock and then evaporates what remains is pa’akai, or red sea salt. This secret recipe is made exclusively for Parker Ranch Store and it’s uses are limited by your own culinary wizardry.
