Makahalau Cowboy Station

2008 Special Events Rates

FULL DAY RENTAL (8 hour rental period)
Up to 100 guests $4,000
Up to 50 guests $3,000

SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS (4 hour rental period)
Up to 100 guests $2,500
Up to 50 guests $2,000

Rental Hours

  • Exclusive rentals are available between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm
  • Hours in addition to your rental period can be added at $250.00 per hour
  • Due to Noise Ordinance all events must conclude by 10:00 pm
  • Alcoholic beverage service must abide by the regulations of the State of Hawaii

Capacity

  • Maximum capacity for the Makahalau Cowboy Station is 100 guests

Site Fees

  • All site fees are due 30 days prior to the event date

Deposits

  • A $500.00 non-refundable confirmation fee is required to hold an event date
  • This fee will be applied to your site fee rental
  • A $500.00 security deposit is required 60 days prior to the event date
  • The security deposit will be held as a damage deposit and refunded within 30 days of the event date barring no damage to the property

Cancellations

  • The $500.00 date confirmation fee is non-refundable.
  • The $500.00 Security Deposit and the Site Fee Rental are 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to the event.
