Parker Ranch Rodeo Arena

Bring your large group to Parker Ranch for a true paniolo experience! Parker Ranch Rodeo Arena is the traditional home of our July 4th and Labor Day Rodeos as well as many thrilled-pack events throughout the year. How about your own private Hawaiian rodeo followed by an evening of fine dining and entertainment? Ideal for large groups of up to 2000 persons. Cowboy up Hawaiian Style at Parker Ranch’s own Parker Ranch Rodeo Arena – one of the top corporate event venues on the Big Island!

Special Events Rates

FULL DAY RENTAL (8 hour rental period)
Up to 100 guests $4,500
$3.00 per person for each guest over 100 guests

Parker Ranch Rodeo Arena – SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS (4 hour rental period)
Up to 100 guests $2,500
$3.00 per person for each guest over 100 guests

Rental Hours

  • Exclusive rentals are available between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm
  • Hours in addition to your rental period can be added at $250.00 per hour
  • Due to Noise Ordinance all events must conclude by 10:00 pm
  • Alcoholic beverage service must abide by the regulations of the State of Hawaii

Capacity

  • Parker Ranch Rodeo Arena has a maximum capacity of 2000 guests
  • Grandstands have a maximum capacity of 1200 guests
  • Green Barn has a maximum capacity of 500 guests

Site Fees

  • All site fees are due 30 days prior to the event date

Deposits

  • A $500.00 non-refundable confirmation fee is required to hold an event date
  • This fee will be applied to your site fee rental
  • A $500.00 security deposit is required 60 days prior to the event date
  • The security deposit will be held as a damage deposit and refunded within 30 days of the event date barring no damage to the property

Cancellations

  • The $500.00 date confirmation fee is non-refundable.
  • The $500.00 Security Deposit and the Site Fee Rental are 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to the event.
