Pukalani Stables

Have your event in the actual stable that was used by generations of Parker Ranch paniolo! Ideal for groups up to 200 persons who wish to experience the cowboy side of Parker Ranch. Great for corporate events, road rallies, BBQ’s, weddings and family get-togethers. Covered seating for up to 200 people in the enclosed event hall.

Pukalani Stables

Rental Hours

• Exclusive rentals are available between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
• Hours in addition to your rental period can be added at $250.00 per hour.
• Due to Noise Ordinance all events must conclude by 10:00 pm.
• Alcoholic beverage service must abide by the regulations of the State of Hawaii

Capacity

• Pukalani Stables has a maximum capacity of 200 guests
• At no time may capacity exceed 200 guests

Site Fees

• All site fees are due 30 days prior to the event date.

Deposits

• A $500.00 non-refundable confirmation fee is required to hold an event date.
• This fee will be applied to your site fee rental.
• A $500.00 security deposit is required 60 days prior to the event date
• The security deposit will be held as a damage deposit and refunded within 30 days of the event date barring no damage to the property.

Cancellations

• The $500.00 date confirmation fee is non-refundable
• The $500.00 Security Deposit and the Site Fee Rental is 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to the event
