Puuopelu Gardens

The manicured gardens surrounding Parker Ranch’s historic homes overlook the sweeping Waimea plains, along with a pond and historic pumphouse. Parker Ranch’s final owner Richard Palmer Smart, enthralled with art and beauty, planted an extensive rose garden and other gardens while residing at the historic home Puuopelu.

Today, the gardens serve as a peaceful setting to look out over Parker Ranch lands.

With paid admission to tour our fabulous homes, you can enjoy your picnic lunch in a garden setting on one of our picnic tables while leisurely spending your afternoon enjoying the serenity of the Parker Ranch Historic Homes. Based on availability, space and staff requirements, groups of various sizes can be accommodated.
