Rental Rates & Policies: Makahalau Cowboy Station
Makahalau Station is a truly unique setting to experience Parker Ranch in all its natural beauty. About 14 miles down Mana Road in the heart of Parker Ranch you’ll find Makahalau. This Paniolo Station has been in use by our cowboys since the 1920’s. You can’t get more authentic Parker Ranch paniolo than Makahalau Station. The venue consists of horse corrals, the cowboy station and a covered lanai. The surrounding landscape is truly awesome.
Makahalau Cowboy Station is a once-in-a-lifetime event experience. On the drive out to Makahalau you will pass several key Parker Ranch work corals and our most historic venue, our founder’s homesite, Mana.
You can arrange for ATV and Horseback Riding Adventure Tours at Makahalau. The talented Parker Ranch Paniolo Band is available for event bookings when they aren’t out riding the range working our 35,000 head of cattle! A representative of our Livestock Management team may also be available to talk-story with your group about the 160 years of on-going livestock operations at Parker Ranch.
Makahalau would be an ideal location for an afternoon paniolo steak fry and adventure activities out on the Ranch.
